    The online subscription classes consist of short and focused LIVE classes, for all levels, online only with recordings provided.
    They are regular classes, twice a week on:

    • Tuesday mornings:  06h00 to 06h35  (SAST, GMT +2)
    • Thursday evenings:  18h00 to 18h45   (SAST, GMT +2)

    The subscription is set up so that no matter what is happening in your life, you can fit in these shorter classes and follow the thread by doing every class whether live or with the recordings.
    These classes show you that your practice does not have to be of long duration to be powerful.

    Monthly subscription

    • If you are based in Africa, Eastern Europe, Asia, South America:
      – under 27 years old: R200/m
    • If you are based in Europe, North America, Australia:
      – under 27 years old: 20€/m
