Each month, you’ll receive eight expertly crafted video sessions, thoughtfully divided into four core themes: Standing Poses, Restorative Yoga, Forward Extensions, and Inversions.   • STANDING POSES
    These classes build the foundation of your practice. Standing asanas develop strength, stamina, and awareness of posture. You’ll learn to establish balance and symmetrical alignment, engaging your entire body in conscious movement. Expect to explore poses like Trikonasana (Triangle Pose), Virabhadrasana I & II (Warrior Poses), and Utthita Parsvakonasana (Extended Side Angle Pose), each taught with a focus on detail, integrity, and adaptability.
  • RESTORATIVE YOGA
    Deeply nourishing and calming, our restorative classes help reset your nervous system and release chronic tension. Using props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, and belts, you’ll be guided into supported poses that invite surrender, softness, and deep rest. Perfect for stress relief, sleep support, and cultivating a quieter state of mind, these sessions encourage healing from the inside out.
  • FORWARD EXTENSIONS
    These practices invite introspection, elongation of the spine, and a grounded, meditative focus. You’ll develop flexibility in the hamstrings, hips, and spine, while also nurturing your internal organs and calming the brain. With a clear emphasis on alignment and breath awareness, these sessions are excellent for quieting the mind, improving digestion, and deepening patience and humility.
  • INVERSIONS
    Often referred to as the “king” and “queen” of yoga, inversions like Sirsasana (Headstand) and Sarvangasana (Shoulderstand) are taught progressively and with great care. These transformative poses improve circulation, stimulate the endocrine system, build courage, and cultivate mental clarity. You’ll learn preparatory postures, use of props, and safe techniques to support your progression—whether you’re new to inversions or deepening an existing practice.
